Our cosy home from home sits on the edge of the island town of Enniskillen in the heart of the Fermanagh Lakelands. It is a paradise for dog walkers, nature lovers and watersport enthusiasts sitting between the upper and lower lakes which cover 4350 sq km of unspoilt lakes and islands.

Enniskillen is home to many small retailers and the usual larger ones too. Attractions nearby include Enniskillen Castle and Watergate Museum, Cole’s monument, the Broadwater Meadows and Lakeland forum, the ”little red boats”, the buttermarket, Castle Archdale and Devenish Island to name a few. There are three stunning National Trust properties nearby - Castlecoole, Crom and Florencecourt. There are two local golf courses in Enniskillen plus several links courses just across the border. The world famous beaches of Donegal are under an hour away reached by the glorious lakeside drive along the lower lake. Beautiful Donegal has many other attractions all of which are ideal for a day trip. There is a picnic hamper, foldable chairs, portable bbq and of course umbrellas should you need them on your day out. Many visitors like to undertake the Stairway to Heaven which is a 25 minute drive away. Although it is listed as not being dog friendly we always do take our well behaved pooch.....

Our home itself is well equipped both inside and out with three bedrooms featuring two kings, two singles and a full cot. There are books, games toys, tv, Netflix connection and WiFi for rainy days. All bedding and linens, towels etc are supplied as are basic toiletries and store cupboard items.

The back garden is secure and we welcome well behaved children and dogs with responsible owners! We are available by phone before and during your stay to answer queries and to help make your stay a memorable one. Bikes are available for your use on request.
