The Nerve Centre Cinema

The Nerve Centre Cinema opens its doors to the public once again after undergoing a facelift during the summer months. The main cinema has benefited from the UK Film Council’s Capital and Access Fund, which enabled the centre to install new seating, curtains, screen, sound system and lighting, and an induction loop system to improve access for hard of hearing audiences. The relaunch of the newly refurbished Cinema 1 will take place on Monday 5 October at 8pm with a complimentary reception, followed by a special Director Close-up presentation on the work of legendary director Alfred Hitchcock by the Director of the Nerve Centre, Martin Melarkey. Cinema Programme 29 includes many films screening in high definition Blu-ray.
