Des is old enough now to know that when his Mom used her favourite expression, \u2018one day you will understand\u2019, that she was often correct. However, sometimes she was just hiding from having to explain the complexities of life.<\/p>\n
What a great metaphor for the confusing world we live in; from Trump to Isis, Facebook feeds to conspiracy theories and the ever-confusing battle of the sexes. Through laughter, Des attempts to make sense of the world today and life in general. This show is recommended for age 18+ as it may contain material that some people could find offensive.<\/p>\n
Then on Saturday 18 February, John Linehan will compere \u2018You Must Be Joking\u2019 when he will be joined by a line-up of Northern Irish stand-up comedians in a night of pure comedy heaven.<\/p>\n
