Belfast is the perfect\nlocation for our next venture and I couldn\u2019t think of a better location than\nthe vibrant food and drinks scene of the Cathedral Quarter. We are really\nlooking forward to collaborating with local businesses and have people from the\ncity join our team.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u00a3500,000 investment will bring the\nintroduction of a pioneering revolving culinary hub as\nevery&nbsp;six&nbsp;weeks,&nbsp;Nico&nbsp;and his team will re-invent the wheel\n\u2013 serving a brand new&nbsp;six-course tasting menu, each one themed upon a\ndifferent place, memory or idea. Drawing inspiration from both at home and\nabroad, Nico&nbsp;and his team will combine different ingredients, flavours,\nand dishes, to bring memories and stories creating a brand-new dining\nexperience every 6 weeks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The creative and ever-evolving six course set\nmenu, is priced at \u00a328 per person which has gone down a storm in the Glasgow\nand Edinburgh food scene and Six By Nico believe this will be a great price\npoint for diners in the city. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Six&nbsp;by&nbsp;Nico&nbsp;will&nbsp;open&nbsp;its\ndoors on Waring Street in March 2019, becoming the latest addition to the\ncity\u2019s burgeoning restaurant and bar scene.
