It\u2019s been two years and the ensemble is having a party! In a\nLyric Theatre take over, we present the best of our last two years and the best\nof our future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For one spectacular weekend this June THE BELFAST ENSEMBLE\nwill be performing three of their ground breaking works PLUS a brand new work\n\u2018Lunaria\u2019 on both Lyric stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In one thrilling performance you\u2019ll watch The C*** of Queen\nCatherine, The House of Usher, The Doppler Effect\u2019 + \u2018Lunaria\u2019 ALL FOR THE\nPRICE OF ONE TICKET.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ensemble’s work has become a byword for excellence and\nEuropean influenced music-theatre in the city. Catch them here before they take\ntheir work to London’s Southbank Centre as part of the PRSF New Music Biennial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE HOUSE OF USHER<\/em> (2018) with an electric fusion of\norchestra, video and actors this high-octane response to Poe\u2019s horror classic\nis writ large here for the Lyric stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE C*** OF QUEENE CATHERINE<\/em> (2017) Written on the\ncusp of a referendum, this work for solo performer and chamber quintet \u2013 two\nyears on \u2013 explores what happens when Europe divides in two Tudor-style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LUNARIA<\/em> (2019, premiere) A special performance of our\nnew 15 work commissioned by PRSF for the New Music Biennial. Lunaria \u2013 a flower\nthat blooms every two years \u2013 explores what is possible when artists of many\ndisciplines make work together for two exciting years!
