The F\u00e9ile programme\nis packed with street theatre, children\u2019s events, parties in the park,\nconcerts, sports, discussions, debates, exhibitions, dramas and readings,\noffering something for the whole family. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/discovernorthernireland.com\/Portavogie-Seafood-Festival-2019-Portavogie-Newtownards-P84468\/\">Portavogie\nSeafood Festival 2019<\/a>, Portavogie, 10 August. Enjoy a rich range of seafood\nofferings at this festival from buying, sampling to cooking. There will be\nentertainment throughout the day including performances by musicians, a\nStrongman trawler pull and a cookery demonstration from celebrity chef\nJean-Christophe Novelli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/discovernorthernireland.com\/Ulster-Grand-Prix-2019-Nutts-Corner-Crumlin-P77710\/\">Ulster\nGrand Prix 2019<\/a>, Crumlin, 5-10 August. This festival is known for combining\nheadline national and international artists with local musicians, writers,\nchefs and other creatives, and for curating bespoke events such as Folk on a\nBoat, Island Picnic and the Bangor Rocks Musical Bus Tour. The landscape, history, culture\nand people of east Belfast have provided the inspiration for this festival.\nProgramme includes dance battles, comedy shows, musicians, discussions, an 80s\nprom and much more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/discovernorthernireland.com\/Armagh-s-7-Hills-Blues-Fest-Armagh-P78273\/\">Armagh\u2019s\n7 Hills Blues Fest<\/a>, Armagh, 8-11 August.\nArmagh\u2019s iconic 7 Hills Blues Fest returns for a ninth summer, bringing\nworld-class talent to venues and locations across the celebrated Cathedral\nCity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/discovernorthernireland.com\/Heart-of-the-Glens-Festival-2019-Cushendall-P78162\/\">Heart\nof the Glens Festival 2019<\/a>, Cushendall, 3-11 August. The Heart of the Glens\nFestival provides a packed programme of over 100 events including the opening\nparade, the Lurig Challenge Run, workshops, storytelling, quizzes, Irish\ndancing and much more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrp.org.uk\/hillsborough-castle\/whats-on\/horrible-histories\/#gs.r853i1\">Horrible\nHistories Live on Stage!,<\/a> Hillsborough, 10-15 August. Travel back in time\nto the world of the gorgeous Georgians and vile Victorians, with a live stage\nproduction from the world-renowned Horrible Histories at Hillsborough Castle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/discovernorthernireland.com\/Shoreline-Music-Festival-Enniskillen-P84099\/\">Shoreline\nMusic Festival<\/a>, Enniskillen, 9-11 August.&nbsp; This festival at\nEnniskillen Castle opens with Planet Love, a spectacular outdoor dance event\nheadlined by John O&#8217;Callaghan.
