Aspiring little chefs\n     can take home an \u2018ice cream sundae making\u2019 certificate too!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Get crafty with Kite Making <\/strong>\u2013retrace the footsteps of one of America\u2019s founding\n     fathers, Benjamin Franklin who visited the Castle in the 1770s.Inspired\n     by his famous kite experiment, make your own kite to fly in the stunning\n     gardens on Saturday and Sunday.&nbsp; <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Enjoy the sounds of Downshire Bass Band \u2013<\/strong> there will be entertainment from Northern\n     Ireland&#8217;s leading brass band, Downshire Brass Band on Saturday and Sunday.\n     The\n     band will be performing in the South Terrace among any array of colourful\n     flora. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Go on a fascinating\n     nature trail <\/strong>&#8211; children can go hunting for bugs and other\n     wildlife with maps and adventure kits provided. Pick up a pair of \u2018bugnoculars\u2019\n     and explore the magnificent grounds with 100 acres of ornamental grounds,\n     peaceful woodland and meandering waterways. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Join one of the new interactive Family Tours<\/strong> \u2013 join a tour of the sumptuous\n     State Rooms and discover the weird and wonderful things some of our guests\n     have left behind! <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Booking is\nrecommended for all activities with limited spaces available.
