Here are ten exciting things taking place this week including three\nfood experiences and events (25 Nov \u2013 1 December)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/discovernorthernireland.com\/Children-s-Christmas-Baking-Workshop-Moy-Dungannon-P84598\/\">Childrens-Christmas-Baking-Workshop<\/a>\nDungannon, 30 November. Budding bakers can get stuck into Christmas baking in\nthis fun hands-on class at Wee Buns Cookery School. Guests will learn about\ningredients and baking techniques, pick up handy tips and have a go at piping.\nThe children will be rolling out the cookies, baking and decorating them with\nroyal icing. They will also each make and decorate a dozen chocolate fairy\ncakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/discovernorthernireland.com\/The-Great-Georgian-Banquet-An-Evening-in-Vienna-Armagh-P84311\/\">The-Great-Georgian-Banquet-An-Evening-in-Vienna<\/a>\nArmagh, 29 November. Travel through the mists of time to join a Viennese\nbanquet in the beautiful Georgian setting of the Archbishop\u2019s Palace in Armagh.\nIn the splendour of the Archbishops Palace, experience an evening in Vienna.\nEnjoy music, dancing and a sumptuous five-course meal with fine wines, evoking\nthe tastes of the time, served with a modern twist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/discovernorthernireland.com\/Sippy-Fest-Craft-Beer-Drinks-Extravaganza-Londonderry-Derry-P84639\/\">Sippy-Fest-Craft-Beer-Drinks-Extravaganza<\/a>&nbsp;\nDerry~Londonderry, 29 \u2013 30 November. Sippy Fest started around a kitchen table\nin the City of Culture year which then grew to a festival with over 1200 people\nenjoying local brews, food and music in the Guildhall. Sippy Fest puts a strong\nfocus on local produce, as well as allowing people to meet the brewers, discuss\nthe products in a fun environment, with local live music and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/discovernorthernireland.com\/Friendship-Four-2019-Belfast-P85412\/\">Friendship-Four-2019<\/a>\nBelfast, 29 \u2013 30 November. The thrill and excitement of American college Hockey\nwill return to Belfast at the SSE Arena this November. The Friendship Four\ntournament is a unique opportunity to watch the only NCAA college hockey\ntournament to be held outside of the United States. The tournament will feature\nelite hockey players from across the world providing hockey fans with an\nexclusive first chance to see up and coming stars of the future<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/discovernorthernireland.com\/Christmas-Lights-Switch-On-in-Ballycastle-Ballycastle-P85409\/\">Christmas-Lights-Switch-On<\/a>\nBallycastle, 28 November. The Diamond, Ballycastle will be buzzing for the\nChristmas Lights Switch On. For an evening out with a difference, head over\nto Bonds Hill Restaurant for some fabulous Italian Wine Dinner. Enjoy Prosecco\non arrival and a six course tasting menu with perfectly paired wines. Cancer Connect NI is delighted to\nannounce the return of their Magical Winter Wonderland to Enniskillen. Once\nchecked in at the ticket booth, families will be greeted by Mrs Claus and her\nelves upon arrival. Following some games and fun entertainment you will be\ninvited to board their amazing Polar Express which will take you to a secret\ncastle location<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/discovernorthernireland.com\/A-Journey-Beyond-Prejudice-Belfast-P85389\/\">A-Journey-Beyond-Prejudice<\/a>\nBelfast, 25 November. This talk, which is part of the CS Lewis festival, will\nlook into Lewis\u2019s family background in early 20th century Belfast and the\nattitudes of that era, followed by Lewis expert Rev. Mercia Flannagan who will\nconsider how Lewis\u2019s later Christianity was broadened by his friendship with\nTolkien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/discovernorthernireland.com\/Observatory-Tours-Armagh-P85112\/\">Observatory-Tours-Armagh<\/a>\nArmagh, 30 November. Follow the Christmas star during a tour of the Armagh\nObservatory building. Learn about the Observatory&#8217;s history, current scientific\nresearch and its programmes of Science.
