Back row (L-R): Martin Clark, Causeway Coast &amp; Glens Borough Council; Sean McAleese, Northern Regional College and Alastair Law, Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council. <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Employers\nattending the \u2018Discover Fresh Thinking and Talent\u2019 breakfast will hear from\nlocal businesses and apprentices and gain a better insight into the types of\napprenticeship available and how they can help meet the skills needed in\npriority sectors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Mayor of\nCauseway Coast and Glens Borough Council Councillor Sean Bateson said: \u201cWe\u2019re\ncommitted to helping optimise economic outcomes for businesses across the\nborough and to increasing employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThrough partnership\nevents like this with our neighbouring councils and college, we hope to ensure\nthat our local businesses have the support they need to introduce new talent to\ntheir workforces and provide pathways for our young people to gain the skills\nand experience to build the foundations for their career pathway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis initiative\nis an excellent opportunity to make connections, get advice, and find out how\napprentices can bring fresh thinking and talent to your business.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The free Employer\nBreakfast will take place on Thursday 6th February 2020 in The Braid, Ballymena\nand is open to all employers.
