TWO of Northern Ireland\u2019s\nleading Wellbeing Advocates have launched the province\u2019s first ever local\nwellness summit which aims to help tackle the growing mental health crisis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Annette Kelly, Founder of the\ninspirational wellness brand, Little Penny Thoughts, and Tyrone GAA player,\nRichard Donnelly have joined forces to create Wellness From Within 2020<\/strong>\nwhich is taking place on Sunday 29th<\/sup> March in the Crowne Plaza\nBelfast from 10am \u2013 5pm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The full day event will include talks\nand workshops from some of Ireland\u2019s top thought leaders in the health and\nwellness industry, \u2018Real Life, Real Stories\u2019<\/em> panel discussions with an\ninspiring line-up of individuals who have all faced personal challenges and\novercame adversity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speakers at the event will\ninclude Performance Nutritionist and Author, Daniel Davey; leading Personal\nTrainer and cystic fibrosis hero, Ben Mudge and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist\nand mental health activist Caroline McMenamin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Co-Founder of Wellness From\nWithin 2020, Annette Kelly said: \u201cWe are proud to launch Wellness From Within\n2020, an event with a difference that will help open up conversations\nsurrounding our own personal wellbeing and mental health. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
