Nothing stays the same for long as what is there in one second is gone and transformed into something new the next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nicola Curry<\/strong>, Artistic Director ofMaiden Voyage Dance said:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cA key part of encouraging creativity in young children is to share how to make something magical out of nothing. \u2018MORF\u2019 is a playful new dance show which embraces change with gentle, ever-shifting movement and rhythm, celebrating the joy of play, transformation and imagination.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8216;MORF\u2019 marks Maiden Voyage Dance&#8217;s welcome return to Belfast Children\u2019s Festival after the company&#8217;s sell-out run with &#8216;Turnabout&#8217; at last year\u2019s event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year&#8217;s show has been created by choreographer <strong>David Ogle <\/strong>with performers <strong>Adam Ashford<\/strong> and <strong>Maeve McGreevy<\/strong>, lighting designer <strong>Ciaran Bagnall<\/strong>, costume and set designer <strong>Diana Ennis<\/strong> and composer <strong>Brian Irvine<\/strong>. \u2018MORF\u2019 is commissioned and produced by <strong>Maiden Voyage Dance<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Looking forward to \u2019MORF\u2019, <strong>Caoileann Curry-Thompson<\/strong>, Acting Head of Drama and Dance, Arts Council of Northern Ireland, said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cThe Arts Council is very excited to welcome this new work from Maiden Voyage, who lead the field in innovative contemporary dance experiences for the whole family here in Northern Ireland. The inherent joyousness and playfulness of \u2018MORF\u2019 will be particularly impactful as we return to sharing live dance together.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>I can think of nothing better than being whisked off on a journey of imagination and movement by this fantastic team of creatives, and to be given permission once again to dream and wonder and dare to look at things differently.
