Set within one of Derry\u2019s most charming historic churches, admired for its elegant stained glass and beautifully resonant acoustics,\u00a0Christ Church Derry\u00a0offers a warm, welcoming and perfectly suited setting for festival performances.<\/p>\n<p>At the centre of the 2026 line-up are international piano star\u00a0Martina Filjak, the debut of the\u00a0<strong>Walled City Music Chamber Orchestra<\/strong>, virtuoso violinist\u00a0Kirill Troussov\u00a0with pianist\u00a0Alexandra Troussova, and renowned soprano\u00a0Ailish Tynan.<br \/>\nThe festival is shaped by its co-artistic directors- Derry-born pianist\u00a0Cathal Breslin\u00a0and flautist\u00a0Sabrina Hu- whose international performing careers place them firmly at the heart of a weekend of world-class music-making.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s on<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Piano Concertos: Passion &amp; Power &#8211; Thu 12 March, 7.30pm | <\/strong><strong>Christ Church, Derry-Londonderry<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The festival opens with\u00a0<em>Piano Concertos: Passion &amp; Power<\/em>, featuring international piano star\u00a0Martina Filjak\u00a0and co-artistic director\u00a0Cathal Breslin\u00a0in landmark piano concertos by Edvard Grieg and Camille Saint-Sa\u00ebns, performed\u00a0<strong>with the Walled City Music Chamber Orchestra<\/strong>.
