Tickets cost \u00a39 (\u00a37 concession).<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/whatsonni.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/Sarah-Bradford-cr-PaD27582.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-4990\" title=\"Sarah Bradford cr Pa#D27582\" src=\"https:\/\/whatsonni.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/Sarah-Bradford-cr-PaD27582.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"109\" height=\"160\" \/><\/a>Lady Bangor will be discussing her new book <em>Elizabeth ll: Her Life In Our Times<\/em>.\u00a0 An avid collector, Sarah had such vast archives and stories coaxed from courtiers, friends and royal insiders that she produced this latest book to celebrate the Queen\u2019s Diamond Jubilee.\u00a0 The finished book is the nation\u2019s story told through everything that has happened to the Queen \u2013 and everything she has made happen over 60 years of change, turbulence, triumph and sadness.<\/p>\n<p>Sarah Bradford is married to William Ward who, in 1993 became the 8<sup>th<\/sup> Viscount of Bangor.\u00a0 The couple are reported to spend much of the summer months at Castle Ward.<\/p>\n<p>Sarah\u2019s other famous connection is with sister in law Lalla Ward, famous for her role in Doctor Who and who was briefly married to Tom Baker.<\/p>\n<p>The Queen\u2019s Diamond Jubilee both finishes and starts this year\u2019s Aspects Festival, as we also welcome James Naughtie on Wednesday 26<sup> <\/sup>September, when he will be discussing his <em>New Elizabethans<\/em> series, currently broadcasting on BBC Radio 4 (event starts at 8.30pm, tickets \u00a311\/\u00a39 concession).
