Theatre at The Mill is delighted to celebrate our 5th<\/sup> Anniversary of summer youth projects with a special performance of Lionel Bart\u2019s classic musical Oliver!, <\/em>Friday 24 July to Saturday 1 August.<\/strong><\/h1>\n

\"\"<\/a>Come join us for this summer treat featuring some of Northern Ireland\u2019s most talented young artists, under the direction of leading director Sean McNamara and his team.\u00a0 Musical Director, Mark Dougherty leads a band of professional and young musicians as they accompany the cast through memorable musical numbers including: Food Glorious Food, I\u2019d Do Anything, Where is love?, Consider Yourself, As Long as He Needs Me, Who Will Buy, <\/em><\/strong>and the classic I\u2019m Reviewing the Situation.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Lionel Bart\u2019s sparkling musical adaption of Charles Dicken\u2019s novel tells the story of 9 year old orphan Oliver Twist who falls in with a group of street-urchin pickpockets led by the Artful Dodger and mastermind by the wily and devious criminal Fagin. When Oliver\u2019s intended victim, Mr Brownlow, takes pity on the lad and offers him a home, Fagin\u2019s partner in crime, Bill Sikes, conspires to kidnap the boy to him from talking.<\/p>\n
