Apartment 7A is a self-catering apartment within Waterfoot, a modern development set in the heart of the Mournes AONB at Newcastle, Co. Down. The Waterfoot complex is a secure gated residence and Apartment 7A overlooks a red brick courtyard with partial views of the Mournes. Main street access is via a remotely controlled electronic gate to a secure underground car parking area and access to 7A is by lift from the car park to the apartment door for increased ease of access and mobility.We have a twin room downstairs and a single room and master double bedroom en suite upstairs - the apartment sleeps 5.The lounge is furnished with two settees with Colour Satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi system, PS3 and games. We can also supply and set up in advance, a high chair, travel cot, safety gates and an intercom to save you the hassle of bringing your own.Covid-19 : new arrangements.At 7A Waterfoot we have implemented a host of measures in compliance with the current Government guidance, legislation and we are 'Good to Go' certified to ensure that your stay is as safe and enjoyable as possible.Normally we would meet you face to face with a warm handshake and welcome to Newcastle, which is unfortunately now not possible. A remote key access system will be in place for your check-in and arrival.The apartment is cleaned, hoovered and all bed linen, towels and cloths are changed and dish cleaners replaced with new as standard.In addition, surfaces will now be sanitised including door handles, lift controls, entrance door keypads, TV remote controls, switches and hard contact surfaces. Our turnaround times have increased as a result but you will be notified by text when the apartment is ready.There is a hands free sanitizing station at the outside entrance to the apartment.Bulk bottles of hand sanitiser and kitchen roll are available for use throughout your stay.Please visit our website at: www.7awaterfoot.co.uk
