A one hour drive will take you past spectacular countryside to the Donegal Atlantic coastline with stunning views and Blue Flag beaches. It is the perfect location for a range of activities, including fishing (salmon and trout in Rivers Finn and Mourne), hill walking in the Sperrins, cycling, golfing, and many other outdoor pursuits in addition to the museums and historic buildings in the walled City of Derry and the Ulster American Folk Park. A quaint but modern take on rural accommodation, Derg Cottage creates a warm atmosphere for those who want a holiday that makes you feel at home.
Derg cottage is an open plan self-catering studio apartment for 2 people and is in a complex with 3 other self catering cottages called Strule, Finn and Foyle all named after local rivers due to the excellent trout and salmon fishing.

These self catering cottages are tastefully decorated throughout with high quality furnishings to ensure all your requirements are met for a superb holiday. While visiting, there's so many things to do - you can visit Giant's Causeway, Giants of the Sperrins Sculpture Trail, Gortin Glen Forest Park, Glenveagh National Park or take a tour of the breathtakingly beautiful scenery of Donegal.
