The accommodation is 100% electric, powered by their own renewable energy, and all water is from their own spring water source.
The Perch provides two distinct experiences; a "Tiny House" (max occupancy 4) or a "Studio" (max occupancy 2). Each Perch as standard features super king beds, air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bathrooms and a fully functioning kitchenette. Every Perch has a private balcony with hot tub, ideal for admiring the panoramic views.
