Lough Neagh Discovery and Conference Centre

Lough Neagh Discovery and Conference Centre is located in the grounds of Oxford Island National Nature Reserve. The site comprises of Oxford island and Kinnego Bay Marina.  

Four miles of footpaths, five birdwatching hides, woodland, ponds, wildflower meadows, picnic and play areas.

The Discovery Centre houses a small exhibition on the wildlife and biodiversity of Lough Neagh and Oxford Island National Nature Reserve and has a range of Conference rooms available for hire.

Centre staff run a wide-ranging environmental education and events programme. Guided walks for groups can be booked in advance. 

At various times during the year there will be innovative exhibitions for the visitor to enjoy.

There is also a Loughside café with panoramic views of the Lough.

Café opening times September to June: Wednesday to Sunday – 10am to 4pm July and August: Café open every day from 10am to 4pm

Conferencing  - There is a choice of three conference rooms of varying sizes.
