Mid-Antrim Museum and Arts Centre at The Braid

The Mid-Antrim Museum offers a fascinating experience for all the family. The museum boasts two large state of the art exhibition galleries. In the history gallery the story of the mid-Antrim area and its people is presented in a thoroughly contemporary way. The displays, including sound narratives for adults and interactive displays for children, are designed to allow the visitor to acquire a greater understanding of the relationship between local and national history. Themes covered include settlement & change, commerce & industry, living off the land and politics & conflict. We are located at the junction of Linen Hall Street and Bridge Street, below the Town Hall.
