This wellbeing experience begins with a gentle walk to the Limekiln observatory in the grounds of WWT Castle Espie, which boasts breath-taking views of Strangford Lough.

Host Tessa Ann, of The Sound Healing Spa, will guide you on a sound healing experience allowing you the opportunity to relax and unwind as she plays the sounds of singing bowls, gongs, drums, complemented by her voice and sounds of the wildlife at this beautiful nature reserve space.

After the sound healing experience finishes, the WWT Castle Espie staff will guide you on a tour of the reserve, highlighting the unique sounds and calls of the sanctuary's wildlife.

Finish your experience in the Graffan room with a locally sourced delicious breakfast and tea or coffee. Reflect on your experience and drink in your beautiful surroundings.
