Forest Bathing Immersion - Celebrating Samhain

Derrymore forest is a sensory haven to deepen your connection with nature. We will celebrate the end of the harvest and the Celtic festival of Samhain, where Autumn gives us permission to slow down, rest and reflect.Forest Bathing is an evidence-based wellness practice which originated in Japan in the 1980’s as a stress prevention intervention.
