An Evening with An Dúlamán Irish Gin

Experience the coastal influence of An Dúlamán Irish Gin at a tasting evening like no other – where you will sample a range of innovative Donegal-distilled gins as unique and as wild as the rugged coastline of the Northwest, bringing a truly authentic and innovative twist to the gin industry. Dúlamán, the name of an Irish folk song which relays a conversation between two seaweed collectors, is brought to you by Sliabh Liag Distillery, founded by Donegal native James Doherty and his wife Moira who have harnessed the extraordinary flavours of the plants that cling to the Donegal coast and are exposed when the full moon draws back the tide of the Atlantic Ocean.

Guests to the An Dúlamán Gin Evening at Galgorm will enjoy a welcome drink upon arrival at 7pm, followed by a selection of expertly crafted serves and innovative cocktails, meticulously matched to complement and enhance each stage of a four-course meal.
