Creative Peninsula: Visual Artist in Residence

The gallery will be transformed into a temporary working studio where you can watch Lauren create work and learn more about her processes and inspirations.

The new work created will encompass painting, collage, drawing, and poetry, and will explore the local landscape through an abstract lens—moving away from representational forms and engaging more intuitively with place, material, and language.

Gallery Opening Hours

Tues - Fri: 10am - 4pm

Sat: 10am - 1pm

Please note: The gallery studio will be open for viewing, however the artist might not be in the studio space at all times during opening hours. Therefore, it is recommended that you contact Ards Arts Centre prior to your visit to check that the artist is in the studio at the time of your visit if you wish to meet them.
