Distilled & Chilled - A Taste of Fermanagh

Two families, just three miles apart in the rolling Lakelands of rural County Fermanagh, have been quietly perfecting their crafts. One tends to the art of small-batch brewing, drawing out bold, characterful beers from grain and hops. The other distills the essence of the countryside into carefully balanced gins, rich with botanicals and tradition.

Though their stills and kettles usually hum away separately, this summer they’re coming together for the first time, neighbours turned collaborators to host a celebration of local flavour, craftsmanship, and community.

It’s not just a meeting of beer and gin, but of two families whose roots run deep in Fermanagh’s soil, raising a glass to what can happen when heritage and creativity flow side by side.

A premium Sunday session celebrating Fermanagh’s finest gin and beer, paired with local artisan food and live traditional Irish music from talented local musicians,  The Maguire Family featuring Ronan Warnock (4:30–6:30pm). Guests enjoy a curated tasting experience, storytelling from each producer, and a relaxed, intimate atmosphere celebrating the local culture.
