Avenge Fitness Factor

We have teamed up with Avenge Crossfit, Mallusk to get you fit and motivated for the New Year. 

This six week challenge is free to take part in, all we ask is that you help raise a minimum of £250 which will help support local cancer patients and their families across Northern Ireland. 

Whether you are a beginner or have advanced fitness levels, the Fitness Factor is suitable for all abilities.
