Planning your business start-up shouldn’t be overwhelming.
We introduce a straightforward, creative tool that helps you visualise customers, partners, activities and revenue streams on a single page.
By the end you’ll have a clear picture of how your idea could work in real life and what you need to do to make it happen.
This session removes the pressure to have everything figured out. Instead of long documents or complex plans, participants are guided through a simple framework designed specifically for people at the idea or early testing stage.
The focus is on exploration rather than perfection, helping you identify assumptions, risks and next steps. It is particularly useful for those who feel put off by traditional business planning.
This online Go Succeed Drop-In Session is delivered in partnership with Armagh, Banbridge & Craigavon Council
This workshop is part of a series of business support sessions aimed at people who are economically inactive, meaning they are not currently in work and not actively looking for a job.
This may include people who are long term sick or disabled, carers, parents without access to childcare, students who are not working, early retirees, or those facing barriers such as confidence, transport, or digital access.
Some participants may receive benefits, others may not, but all are considered outside the active labour market.
Don’t worry if you don’t fit into the categories above, you’re still welcome to join us!
