Who’s Gonna Buy? Identifying & Reaching Your First Customers

Understanding who will buy your product is key.
We’ll teach simple market research techniques and show how to reach potential customers through community networks, social media and local events.
This session will be particularly useful for those with no previous marketing experience.
This session focuses on real people, not abstract audiences. Participants will learn how to move away from trying to appeal to everyone and instead focus on helping someone specific.
We explore practical, low-cost ways to test interest, start conversations and build confidence in talking about your idea.
The emphasis is on approachable methods that feel manageable and authentic rather than sales-driven.
This online Go Succeed Drop-In Session is delivered in partnership with Fermanagh & Omagh District Council
This workshop is part of a series of business support sessions aimed at people who are economically inactive, meaning they are not currently in work and not actively looking for a job.
This may include people who are long term sick or disabled, carers, parents without access to childcare, students who are not working, early retirees, or those facing barriers such as confidence, transport, or digital access.
Some participants may receive benefits, others may not, but all are considered outside the active labour market.
Don’t worry if you don’t fit into the categories above, you’re still welcome to join us!
