Los Dramaticos

Belfast based duo, Los Dramáticos, perform and play a unique fusion of songs and instrumental pieces from around Latin America and Spain on flamenco guitar, the South American charango and voice.  Their sound reflects their heritage: Victor, originally from Valparaiso, Chile, is a master charango player and provides the bright, joyous melodies of the Andean tradition while Paddy, one of the most accomplished flamenco guitarists in Ireland and the UK, brings his fiery rhythmic style honed during years spent in Andalucia.

Enjoy an exciting evening of infectious melodies, hot rhythms, beautiful harmonies and mellow moments mingling the flavours of Chile, Cuba, Mexico, Argentina, Andalusia and those places where Africa, Asia and Europe meet.  All served up with Victor and Paddy’s, engaging, humorous (and sometimes bilingual) commentary.
