Poetry Book Club with Niamh McNally

Are you interested in reading more contemporary Irish poetry but aren’t quite sure where to start? Then why not come along to this relaxed session hosted by poet Niamh McNally, who will lead a discussion around two collections.

The collections that will be explored are Death of a Naturalist,the debut collection from Seamus Heaney which turns 60 this year, and Hymn to All the Restelss Girls by Annemarie Ní Churreáin

Niamh will guide you through the themes and technique on display in both collections and will chat about the wider poetry landscape in Ireland.

Both collections are available for participants to purchase in advance of the sessions.
