Summer Solstice Forest Bathing Immersion

Solstice literally means ‘light standing still’.  This special nurturing forest bathing immersion celebrates the Celtic festival of midsummer and the longest day of the year.   Forest Therapy Practitioner Ann, will support you to slow down, rest and reconnect with nature. We will create a nature mandela to guide us during a healing white light meditation.  We celebrate with a tea ceremony of organic elderflower cordial, shortbread from a local bakery and Irish strawberries. Forest Bathing is an evidence-based wellness practice which originated in Japan in the 1980’s as a stress prevention intervention. Some of the benefits include:  boosting mood, immunity, sleep and creativity aswell as stress reduction.
