Wren Cottage was built by my parents as their retirement home. It is named in recognition of my mother who loved birds, especially the small birds that lived in her garden. The tiny wrens were her favourite. The bungalow is welcoming, bright and spacious and has recently been redecorated. There are 3 good-sized bedrooms, one double and 2 single with the option of an additional folding bed and/or a travel cot. The bathroom has a bath and a walk-in shower. There is an additional toilet off the utility room. There is ample car parking space on site and further free roadside parking is also available. Free fibreoptic wi-fi is included. Adjoining the garage there is a lockable storage space available for bicycles or prams.
