An Teach Ban is centrally located in Northern Ireland and hence easy access to many tourist attractions. Locally it is close to the historical sites of the Ogham Stone and Beaghmore Stone Circle and the visitor attractions of Ulster-American Folk Park, Gortin Glens, An Creagan Centre and Drum Manor Forest Park.

The walking and cycling routes of the Sperrins are nearby as well as golfing and fishing facilities.

Location Description

From Cookstown take A505 road towards Omagh.After 13 miles turn right at Creggan Crossroads(Vivo shop) onto B46 towards Gortin.Continue for 2.5 miles, passing An Creagan Cottages on left, then disused Formil Stores on right. Pass next bungalow on right and take next tarmacked lane on right with white walls and pillars at roadside.

From Omagh take A505 road towards Cookstown. Travel for 13 miles approximately. Just after entrance to An Creagan Visitor Centre turn left, at Creggan Crossroads, and follow directions as above.
