There is oil fired central heating throughout, controlling radiators and power showers. Front room also has a wood burner for additional warmth and ambiance. Situated three miles outside Limavady, we are central for day trips around the North West by the coastal route or shopping trips in either direction.

Location Description
From Belfast follow the signs to the North, Motorway (M2). At end of Motorway continue straight ahead (by-pass Toome). Follow signs to Derry. Straight through roundabout onto A6 (Glenshane Pass). After approximately 5 miles go through Dungiven, follow signs for Limavady (B68), down Dungiven Main Street, past Police Station take next right (Ballyquin Road). Drive approximately 12 miles to outskirts of Limavady, after 30 mile speed limit sign turn right, first roundabout turn right, go straight through next roundabout and then right at the intersection. Take second road on the right (Ringsend Road) B6 to Garvagh/Ballymoney, travel up hill for approximately 1.8miles and lane is on the right.
