Rossorry Villa

This is a detached three bedroom house on the outskirts of Enniskillen. It consists of a kitchen/dinette with open fire, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, large sitting room, dining room/living room. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a newly built porch and wet room with shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms with double beds and fully equipped bathroom. There is a TV in the kitchen and TV and DVD player in the living room. There will be a welcome pack of tea, coffee and home bakes.

The house is surrounded by mature flower beds with an array of plants - heather, roses, wall flowers, lavender and various spring bulbs providing colour all year round. The rear garden has a greenhouse, widelife pond, wild flower area and vegetable plot. Guests are welcome to use the produce, fruit, vegetables and herbs during their stay. Location: situated three minutes walk from the Round O in Brooke Park which has a jetty, an excellent play park, band stand, coffee shop and daily guided boat trips with Erne Tours (Mar - Oct). Another short walk takes you into the historic island town of Enniskillen where there are many attractions including Enniskillen Castle, Headhunters Railway Musuem, the Buttermarket, water sports, Ardhowen Theatre, shops and restaurants.

Less than a thirty minute drive takes you to some outstanding scenery in Fermanagh  such as Lough Navar, Carrickreagh, Castle Archdale Forest Park, Florencecourt House, Marble Arch Caves, Cuilcagh Lakelands Geopark and the Cuilcagh Boardwalk Trail. There are several walking trails and historic buildings nearby including Necarne Castle and National Trust properties; Castle Coole, Florencecourt and Crom. Forty minutes drive takes you to  Donegal and Sligo where there is beautiful scenery and sandy beaches to explore.

Location: Situated three minutes walk from the Round ‘O’ Boat Quay which has an excellent play park, mooring facilities and Touring Boat. Another three minutes walk takes you into the historic island town of Enniskillen where there are many attractions e.g. Enniskillen Castle Museums, Butter Market, Leisure Centre, Water Sports etc.
