Seabird Apartment is a holiday home-from-home in Portstewart - Northern Ireland's premier holiday resort. It is a peaceful hideaway where you can escape from the pressures of everyday life, wind down and feel free as a bird to explore the pleasures of the North Coast.
Seabird is located on the ground floor of a block of 4 apartments in a relaxing, family-friendly holiday village with safe play areas for children, ideal for family holidays. It features two double bedrooms with lots of storage space and can comfortably sleep up to 4. For your convenience, it has its own car parking outside the front door.
Seabird is a bright, modern apartment with a welcoming, homely feel. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a cosy open-plan living and dining area to make you feel at home. Facilities including gas central heating, washing machine, free superfast Wi-Fi and flatscreen Freeview TV make it practical for family holidays, short breaks and longer stays.
Seabird is self-catering, but we supply the basic essentials and a welcome pack of fresh food to get you started and there are four supermarkets nearby stocking everything else you could need.
Seabird is a perfect, quiet location just outside the bustle of Portstewart town centre yet within 20 minutes walk to Portstewart promenade with all its activities, shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs and nightclubs, or world-class championship golf courses, the National Trust’s spectacular Blue Flag strand with its scenic walks and nature trails, the world famous NW 200 motorbike racing circuit or the scenic Causeway coastal path.
Seabird is a great location for exploring the north coast, with popular attractions such as Mussenden, Portrush, Dunluce Castle, Bushmills Distillery and The Giant's Causeway all within a short drive from the apartment. There is also easy access to public transport with buses to Coleraine, Portrush and the north coast.
Directions from Town
Seabird Apartment is easily accessible by train from Belfast or Derry/Londonderry to Coleraine and then bus or taxi to Portstewart. Local buses offer regular services to Portrush and the North Coast.
Opening times
Seabird Apartment is normally only available for holiday lets during June, July and August each year.

SAT-NAV - Millfield Village and Mill Road share the same postcode – BT55 7PQ. If entering our address into sat-nav, please be careful to select 4 Millfield Village, NOT 4 Mill Road.
FROM COLERAINE VIA PORTSTEWART ROAD / COLERAINE ROAD (along the River Bann):
Pass Tesco on your left and Texaco on your right, At the Burnside roundabout take the third exit onto Mill Road. Millfield Village will be your sixth entrance on your right. On turning in, you will be facing the gable of the apartments. Turn right, then left to get to the front. Seabird is in the middle block of apartments. It is the right-hand apartment on the ground floor
FROM COLERAINE RING ROAD VIA CROMORE ROAD / STATION ROAD:
Pass Trolan’s / Circle K petrol / Spar on your left. At the Mill Road roundabout take the first exit onto Mill Road. Millfield Village will be your third exit on your left (over the hill) On turning in, you will be facing the gable of the apartments. Turn right, then left to get to the front. Seabird is in the middle block of apartments. It is the right-hand apartment on the ground floor
FROM PORTRUSH:
Turn left onto Station Road (following sign for Coleraine) At the Mill Road roundabout take the second exit onto Mill Road. Millfield Village will be your third exit on your left (over the hill). TO RECOGNISE THE ENTRANCE: This is on Mill Road near the Station Road end of a long wooden fence opposite a green grassy hill on the other side of the road. The entrance is shared with a small caravan park.
