Nestled at the bottom of Donard Forest, there is also easy access to the Glen River route to Slieve Donard & a washer/dryer for your hiking gear!
This is a bright modern ground floor apartment with its own fentrance. There are 2 bedrooms, one with ensuite and a TV. The apartment has the capacity to sleep 5 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and wifi throughout. There is a selection of books and boardgames and a travel cot and highchair for younger guests.

Newcastle is located on the A2, 30 miles south of Belfast on the Irish Sea coast between Dundrum and Glasdrumman. It’s a 40-minute drive from Newry, a 30-minute drive from Rostrevor and a 25-minute drive from Downpatrick.
Getting to the start by car
On entering Newcastle Town Centre drive straight through towards the harbour. Take first right into King Street. At the top of the hill take right into Lawnfield Grove and follow the road down to the bottom to the apartment complex. The Foothills is to the right of the main entrance door number 16.
