‘The Rocks’ is situated in an idyllic country setting and offers the perfect central base for exploring all of Northern Ireland's enchanting tourist locations within an easy 90-minute drive!
Just a 10-minute drive from Belfast International Airport and 25 minutes from Belfast City, nestled in 15 acres of beautiful countryside, The Rocks is a little off the beaten track, assuring you a peaceful night’s sleep away from both airport and road noise.
Wake up refreshed to our delicious home-cooked breakfasts, made with fresh local produce and eggs from happy hens. We do our best to cater to all, offering not only a delightful Traditional Ulster Fry, but also a varied menu, including a Build Your Own Breakfast option, Pancakes, Waffles, and Howay the Toon. Additionally, we offer a Breakfast to Go option for those leaving for a very early morning flight. We also offer vegetarian and vegan options and cater to guests with food allergies or intolerances, including dairy, egg, and gluten allergies and intolerances.
We have 5 lovely, comfortable bedrooms. Iseult and Cu Chulainn are large En-suite rooms with King beds, Setanta is a small double room with an external private bathroom across the hall, and our Family Suite, situated at the top of the house, is made up of 2 rooms, one with a King bed and the other with 3 single beds. The rooms in the Family suite have exclusive use of a shower room with WC and wash hand basin on the same floor as the rooms.
All of our rooms have a flat screen TV, USB charging points, a fridge (stocked with complimentary fresh milk and a bottle of water), and complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits in each room. Guests can also enjoy fluffy bath sheets, complimentary guest toiletries, a hair dryer, and even hair straighteners in every room.
At the Rocks, we understand that your dog is part of the family and they are very welcome at our B&B in 3 of our 5 rooms, Iseult, Cu Chulainn, and Setanta.
In addition, we have a relaxing guest garden with picnic tables, where you can enjoy sitting outdoors on a sunny day.

Exit the airport and follow the A26, at Nutts Corner take the 1st exit onto the Longrig Road (sign posted to Loanends) after 2.3miles and take the second road on the Right onto the Ballymather Road (sign posted to The Rocks B&B) and travel for 0.4 miles, turn left onto the lane for the Rocks B&B, continue along the lane until you reach the bed and breakfast.
