Mosaic Teapot Stand

Join us at Hill of The O’Neill & Ranfurly House to explore the beautiful technique of mosaic, under the expert guidance of local artist and ceramicist, Shauna McCann.

The technique of mosaic has been used for centuries and was particularly popular in the Ancient Roman Times, but earlier examples can also be fount dated centuries before.

During this one-day workshop, participants will spend the morning designing and attaching their mosaic patterns. In the afternoon, participants will complete their mosaic with grout.

Work will be ready to take home that day although drying time will be needed before use
