Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council's Royal Hillsborough Farmers Market returns to the shaded Dark Walk at Hillsborough Fort on Saturday 25 July, from 10am to 4pm, for the third and final event in this summer's series.
As the final event in this summer’s three-part series, July’s market offers one last opportunity for visitors to experience the community spirit of Royal Hillsborough and discover an exceptional range of Northern Ireland’s finest artisan creatives, makers and food producers with over 60 traders in attendance.
Visitors can look forward to a tempting selection of street food vendors serving up delicious bites to be enjoyed in the summer sunshine, alongside seasonal, small-batch food and drink producers offering the perfect additions to elevate at-home al fresco dining. The historic Dark Walk will also feature a beautiful variety of bespoke homewares, unique jewellery, original artwork and natural skincare, providing plenty of inspiration for thoughtful gifts or a well-deserved treat.
Local favourites from the wider Lisburn & Castlereagh area, including Kin & Folk Bakery, Tori’s coffee, cakes and bakes, Tom and Ollie and Hinch Distillery will be joined by popular street food and coffee vendors such as Coop Coffee Co, Tapitas, and Nomad. The market will also showcase independent artists and makers including Alison Hanvey Ceramics, Amber Jordan Design and B Blane Design.
Set against the historic backdrop of Hillsborough Fort and the picturesque village of Royal Hillsborough, the final summer market provides an ideal destination for a summertime outing with friends, family, and four-legged companions. Beyond the shopping and eating opportunities, the day will be filled with entertainment including live music and children’s activities, making it the perfect reason to stay for the afternoon and explore Royal Hillsborough’s charming independent shops and eateries.
Entry to the market is free. For more information on traders and a full programme of events visit visitlisburncastlereagh.com or follow Visit Lisburn Castlereagh on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X.
