Roots Revealed Tours can provide you with a Bespoke Ancestor Tour anywhere on the island of Ireland and designed entirely for your needs. This service is available for individuals and groups and can be for one day duration or longer. ​As a qualified and experienced genealogist, I can carry out family history research before you arrive, or accompany you to archives where I can help you to find your ancestors in the records if you prefer to do the research yourself. ​In addition to designing a bespoke Ancestral Tour itinerary, you have the choice as to whether you would like Roots Revealed to book accommodation, meals, transport and optional extras. Optional extras could include visiting hidden gems that are off the beaten track, trying your hand at making potato bread, listening to the 'brattle' of the lambegs at a drumming match, tasting an artisan whiskey or joining the locals at a traditional music session (all subject to availability). Roots Revealed also offers 2 hour walking tours of historic Ballymena. These are available to book as part of a group tour and private tours can also be arranged.
