Glasgowbury took home a haul of four awards last year including Best Small Festival, Best Line-Up, Best Service and the Family Festival Award.

Festival organiser Paddy Glasgow said he and the festival team were privileged to be recognised on a national scale for their efforts.

“It’s fantastic that these awards exist to honour the festival leaders throughout Ireland and Glasgowbury are over the moon to be considered on that level,” he said.

“It’s good to see a strong contingent of festivals from Northern Ireland now following suit at the awards and we look forward to celebrating with whoever wins.”

Voting in the awards takes place throughout December and January and the winners will be announced at the Dublin ceremony in February.
