Come on down and enjoy the fun at Lilian Bland Community Park in Glengormley on Saturday 8th June from 12pm to 6pm for the Party in the Park.
There will be lots of fun for everyone including bouncy castles, go karts, party games, face painting, arts & crafts, drumming circles, a roller skating disco, music by Impact and a Katy Perry Tribute and the Cool FM Road show.
The event is organised by Newtownabbey Borough Council and Glengormley Chamber & Traders’ Association. Now in its fourth year the event is a perfect day out for families all events, with the exception of the amusements are free.
Party in the Park complements the Glengormley Revitalisation Project, which is funded by the Department of Social Development and being managed by Newtownabbey Borough Council with support from Glengormley Chamber & Traders’ Association. This project has seen local businesses revamped with new shutters, shop fronts and new paint. And to give the businesses a boost the Get into Glengormley campaign now offers special discounts from local businesses and encourages more customers to discover what’s on their doorstep.
