Ards and North Down Borough Council’s Summer Entertainment Programme continues in Ward Park this Sunday, August 2 when Stephen McCartney and Dolbro Dan take to The Bandstand to entertain the crowds at the popular weekly event.

Stephen McCartney, the songwriter and frontman for well-known Bangor-based folk band The Farriers, will be joined by bass player Gareth Hughes; guitarist Collie McClean and drummer Paul Hamilton. A super alliance – guaranteed to entertain!

The set will be made up of his Stephen’s best known songs mixed with some popular covers. This is a musical treat not to be missed!

So if you fancy kicking back and spending a relaxing afternoon in the park, then pack a picnic and get down to Ward Park, this Sunday from 3 – 5pm for this free event. Fingers crossed for sunshine!

Please note that Ward Park is an alcohol-free zone.
