- Lough Lively Sessions , The Rapparees, Portaferry, Co. Down, 20 October. Filling concert halls and theatres for 15 years, The Rapparees are quintessentially a traditional vocal harmony band harking back to the likes of the Clancy brothers, but with a modern kick. - William Caulfield at Crom Castle, Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh, 21 October. Join Ireland’s best loved and busiest comedian, David Caulfield, for an evening full of laughs at Crom Castle. - Tapestry Weaving Workshop, Omagh, Co. Tyrone, 21 October. An opportunity to learn the basics of tapestry weaving on a simple frame loom, participants can create their woven sampler or small contemporary wall hanging. Participants can focus on either textural effects using knotting and wrapping techniques or creating shapes and blending colours. Admission costs £35 and includes lunch.
