  5. 1-Day Pottery Barrel Firing Workshop, Bushmills, County Antrim, 12 April. One Day Barrel Firing Workshop with Patricia Millar Ceramics at her rural studio in Lisnagunogue. On this barrel firing workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to decorate your pots (provided*) with designs inspired by neolithic rock art. You’ll also learn how to use oxides and organics to add colour before packing and firing a metal barrel. Finally, Patricia will teach you how to clean and seal your beautiful pots.
  6. Belfast Punk Music Walking Tour, Belfast, 12 April. Come explore the story of punk music in Belfast on this walking tour, with a specialist music guide who has loved punk music since the 1970s. Since bands like The Outcasts, Rudi, Stiff Little Fingers, Ruefrex and Victim erupted onto the scene in Belfast back in the late 1970s, Belfast punk has held a special place in music history, near and far.
  7. Easter Fun Day at Burnavon Theatre, Cookstown, County Tyrone, 12 April. Join the Burnavon Theatre, Cookstown for their annual Easter Family Day.   10. Ards International Guitar Festival at Ards Arts Centre, Newtownards, County Down, 9 – 13 April. The Ards International Guitar Festival is back with a bang in April 2025 with a fresh new programme of guitar inspired gigs, free fringe events, and a rock exhibition you won’t want to miss.
