Brendan O Carroll and Mrs Brown’s Boys are about to embark on a staggering SIX sold-out shows at the Odyssey Arena, Belfast, beginning on Wednesday 7th December to Sunday 11th December.
Now Brendan and the boys have now announced that they plan to return to the Odyssey Arena next year with a brand new show, Mrs Brown Rides Again. For a limited run of shows in December 2012.
Earlier this year the BBC and RTE Television show, Mrs Brown’s Boys was nominated for a prestigious BAFTA Award, in the category of Best Situation Comedy. This enormously popular sitcom was broadcast on BBC Television for 6 weeks attracting a staggering 3.1 million viewers across the UK for it final episode.
Brendan O Carroll and Mrs Brown’s Boys have recently completed another series for the BBC including a Christmas special which will be broadcast on primetime BBC1 over the festive period.
This intimate, theatre style show was written by and stars Brendan O’Carroll as Agnes Brown. Full of feisty Irish humour and all your favourite characters and more, Mrs Brown Rides Again is sure to be a real treat, and something to look forward to next year.
