On Sunday the 25th January wrap up warm, get your wellie boots on and join us for some ecology fun at the Navan Centre, Armagh.
This particular weekend is National Garden Birdwatch Weekend and is the perfect time to join us as we examine local bird species. The grounds of Navan is rich with all types of wildlife and we should have some interesting finds. Get the chance to examine the various aspects of ornithology including eggs, bird’s nests and even taxidermy!
It’s important at this time of year to feed our feathered friends. Learn how to make bird cakes and a bird table, and be able to put your new found skills into practice at home and watch local bird life use your garden.
This is a FREE event, which runs from 11.00am – 3.00pm, so drop in and enjoy some feathered fun!
