At Last the ‘Any Dream Will Do’ Runner-up Gets The Coat!

Keith Jack, runner-up in the smash-hit BBC series Any Dream Will Do takes centre stage in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Grand Opera House from Tuesday 6 – Sunday 18 September.

Bill Kenwright’s ‘Amazing’, ‘Superb’, ‘Wonderful’ and ‘Brilliant’ production of Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s sparkling family musical continues to enjoy huge success across the country with standing ovations after every performance.

Retelling the Biblical story of Joseph, his eleven brothers and the coat of many colours, this magical musical is full of unforgettable songs including Any Dream Will Do, Close Every Door To Me and One More Angel.

Keith Jack, who finished just a hair’s breadth behind winner Lee Mead in hit BBC series Any Dream Will Do, takes on the title role, having won the hearts of the nation with his sparkling charisma and sensational singing voice.

Watched by millions of viewers every Saturday night, Keith was chosen from tens of thousands of hopefuls, captivating audiences week after week with his boyish charm and scintillating performances.

Bill Kenwright, one of the most successful producers in British theatre, was on the expert panel of judges alongside Andrew Lloyd Webber, Denise Van Outen and John Barrowman, and is delighted to see Keith take on the title role in Joseph.

Since Any Dream Will Do, Keith has made numerous stage and television appearances including performing for the Queen. Keith launched his debut album This Time in 2008 and his hotly anticipated follow up An Evening at the Musicals enjoyed critical acclaim in 2009.
