Back by popular demand, this WWI and WWII musical, In the Footsteps of Heroes, takes you on a nostalgic, thought-provoking journey at Theatre at The Mill on Saturday 23rd November.
Follow in the footsteps of Jimmy (Andrew Burnside) as he enlists into the 9th Battalion of the RIF and recounts his experiences in letters home, through to the battle of the Somme and ultimate death.
Talented vocalists include the Tin Hat Tenors, Nicola Moody and The Moodettes showcasing their upbeat American style, and Winston Churchill and the 9th Battalion RIF Band. The Airborne Division land in a 10m Horsa Glider, followed by the epic battle scene The Taking of Pegasus Bridge.
