Stewartstown Amateur Dramatic Society presents Aladdin at the Burnavon Theatre Cookstown. The Wicked Abanazer is seeking the magic lamp that contains the all– powerful genie, so that it can rule the world! The innocent Aladdin, his brother Washee and their fearsome mother, Twankey intervene and save the day!  Throw in a magic carpet, beautiful princesses, policemen and spirit of the ring; a fantastic tale with song, slapstick and pantomime! 10th, 11th 17th, 18th, 24th  and 25th January.


Join the RSPB NI Winter Walk this Saturday morning.  After taking in the stunning views of Belfast Lough from the observation room at WOW, take a tour of the reserve with the warden and spot black-tailed godwits, bar-tailed godwits, wigeons, shovelers and ruffs. You might even see curlews, lapwings and kingfishers! Bring a packed lunch and wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear in case of inclement weather. Wellington boots essential!
